Design

Design build is a project delivery system that gives us an advantage over our competitors. Clients’ can come to us with undeveloped plans, hand sketches, or no drawings at all and we can utilize our years of expertise to design the building for them from the ground up. We design in the structural steel framing and foundations as well as metal panel systems and access through stairways and railings. We then provide you with Permit Drawings, followed by CD plans with affidavits. In this process we control the steel fabrication and installation of our products as part of the package.

When we are designing we can ensure the best and most cost-effective approach for our client. Moving from the design to fabrication phase is also a much simpler transition when we do the design as there will be no discrepancies thus allowing us to move forward quicker.
